I do hereby notify you that I / alongwith my family would like to avail the ferry service from Outram Ghat and back to visit your Project named ” The Royal Ganges”. I have been briefed about the safety hazards by the concerned executive in-charge prior to registering me for the voyage and I/we shall be solely responsible for the safety of myself & my family. Srijan Residency LLP will not be held responsible or liable in the unlikely event of any damage/mishap caused (if any) during the course of the Journey.

I would, therefore, humbly request the Management to kindly consider my name and register my name for Boarding Ferry Service.

I/We further Agree to the following Terms & Conditions :

1. The schedule may shift due to the weather or to take advantage of unexpected opportunities
2. Smoking and Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the vessel
3. No explosives, no sharp object allowed
4. No Pet allowed
5. The vessel will close the doors 15 mins before the departure time
6. Passengers are not allowed to go to the upper deck/navigation deck
7. Total discipline to be maintained during embarking, sailing & disembarking
8. Any complaint against co-passengers to be lodged first with our ship staff
9. No speaker or mobile phone speaker to be on (use headphones).

INDEMNITY

The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use Ferry Service or their breach of the terms.
